The lower legs and feet are stretched and massaged to open Sen (energy), then specific pressure points, which stem from 10 major energy lines that run throughout the body, are stimulated freeing up blocked energy in the body’s Thai-based meridians to create a feeling of deep relaxation and help the body restore its own natural healthy balance

Shirodhara comes from the two sankskrit words “shiro” meaning head and “dhara” meaning flow. This Ayurvedic massage treatment starts by drizzling a warm aromatic blend of Rosemary, Fennel & Frankincense oil over the back. A deeply relaxing massage focusing on tension areas of the back neck & shoulders is performed before the treatment continues onto the front of the head. The warm oil from the authentic Shirodhara copper pot is gently flowed over the ‘third eye’ chakra before trickling through the hair during a mind melting head massage.
